If you have a shared website hosting plan with our company and you set up an email address in your account, you will be able to forward it with just a few mouse clicks to any other e-mail address of your choosing. The option can be enabled when you create a brand new email address or whenever you want afterwards and disabled just as easily in case you change your mind. This can be done with the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can control your account. You'll have the option to choose whether a duplicate of the inbound messages will remain on our servers or not. The main benefit of this option is you will always have a copy on your server if anything happens with the other email address or if perhaps it isn't active for reasons unknown during the time an e-mail is forwarded. In case the option is not enabled, a message will be received, forwarded and deleted from our servers no matter if the remote email is working or not, so it can be quite a good idea to have it enabled just to be on the safe side.

With a semi-dedicated server plan through us, it takes just a few mouse clicks to forward any of your email addresses hosted in the account to a third-party email address. It is possible to do that in the feature-rich Email Manager area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and during the task you could also decide if a copy of your email messages needs to be kept on our servers or not. The last feature is optional, but rather handy since you will have a copy of your inbound emails, so even if something happens with the other email address, you will not lose any information. You'll be able to activate or deactivate the forwarding for any email address at any time and forward the emails to multiple addresses if you'd like. Additionally, you will be able to check out a list of all of the email addresses that are now being forwarded and where the e-mails are being sent to.
